What is Fortnite Chapter 3 Fracture?

Fortnite has had a lot of big events in the past, but the Chapter 3 finale event is definitely going to be one you won't want to miss.
Fortnite is currently in the midst of Chapter 3 Season 4, but things are about to change when the Chapter 3 finale event Fracture takes place in just a few days. Let's go over everything you need to know going into this.
What is Fortnite Chapter 3 Fracture?
Fracture is a limited-time event in Fortnite that will kick off on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022 at 4 p.m. ET. Players will be able to squad up in a group of four 30 minutes prior to the event. Here is the trailer for the big finale event below:
If you are not able to get in immediately at the start, that is not an issue as you will have until 4:40 PM E.T. to join while it is in progress. This will not only be the end of Season 4, but also Chapter 3 in its entirety meaning we will finally be getting a new Chapter in the Fortnite series.
For players still trying to complete the battle pass or finish out their challenges, you are running out of time. Now is the perfect time to log onto the game, not just to complete your quests. Any player that logs on from Dec. 2 at 9 AM E.T. to Dec. 4 at 2:45 AM E.T. will unlock a limited time emote, the toasty roast emote.
Chapter 3 started with Chapter 3 Season 1 a year ago. The big event at the start was the map flipping on Dec. 5, 2021. It will be interesting to see what happens this time around, and we have our hopes set high for potential things to see in Chapter 4.
