When does Warzone Season 2 come out?
Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 will release later this week, and will be live shortly after both Cold War and Warzone patches drop. The updates for Warzone will be available for download on Wednesday, Feb. 24, a day after on the Cold War updates.
When Does Warzone Season 2 Come Out?
The Warzone Season 2 rolling global update times vary within a two hour window of time, listed below by appropriate time zone:
- February 24
- 9:00 p.m. PST – 11:00 p.m. PT - February 25
- 11:00 p.m. CST – 1:00 a.m. CST
- 12:00 a.m. EST – 2:00 a.m. EST
- 5:00 a.m. GMT – 7:00 a.m. GMT (UK)
- 6:00 a.m. CET – 8:00 a.m. CET (EU)
- 4:00 p.m. AEDT – 6:00 p.m. AEDT (Aus)
While Warzone will receive its global update on Wednesday, Feb. 24, the content and battle pass will not be playable until the following day. Warzone Season 2 officially kicks off on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. PST, just one day after the conclusion of Season 1.

The Cold War patch will follow a similar release schedule, but a day earlier, on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Just like Warzone, the update will be available at different times but between that two-hour period. The Black Ops Cold War update is not necessary if you are only playing Warzone.
Call of Duty Warzone will be celebrating its one year anniversary on March 10.
