As shown above by YouTuber HarryNinetyFour, the optimal route starts with landing on the ring on the building in the left-most part of the Steamy Stacks POI.

The second ring can be found in short order on a small tower, a few builds away from the first building.

Drop down into the nearby building with the number four on the wall to find a third ring floating in a claw.

Take the exit out and up, and in close proximity is a fourth ring laying on a green pipe.

For the fifth and final ring, head over to building five, take the outside stairs up to the second floor and grab it on the pipe to complete the challenge.

Just like that, 25,000 season XP is in the bag.
