Where is Xur in Destiny 2? (Sept. 13-16)

Xur's location for the Sept. 13-16 weekend hasn't been revealed yet, nor has his inventory. Although, expect the usual format for items up for sale. Last week, he was set up in the EDZ so best guess is he won't be on Earth again.
