Where to Find Crepus' Vial in Elden Ring
Crepus' Vial can be obtained by the enemy you kill during the second assassination task in the Volcano Manor questline, Rileigh the Idle. You can invade Rileigh the Idle at Altus Plateau.
Besides Crepus' vial, Rileigh the Idle also drops the following items.

- x20 Black-Key Bolt
Rileigh the Idle can be tough to defeat, but if you use your guard counter ability and continue to trade hits with him, you can defeat him.
