As part of The Eyes of Odin quest in God of War Ragnarök, players will need to find and destroy the raven in the Jarnsmida Pitmines.
God of War Ragnarök has no shortage of collectibles and tasks for Kratos and Atreus to discover across their journey through the Realms. One hefty quest, which will span the entire adventure, is The Eyes of Odin. This quest tasks players with finding a large number of Odin's ravens, which he uses to spy on the lands. Destroying them not only works in favor of Kratos and Atreus, but unlocks some valuable chests at The Raven Tree.
The Jarnsmida Pitmines, located in Svartalfheim, is an area where players can find one of the many ravens.
Where to Find Odin's Raven in Jarnsmida Pitmines: God of War Ragnarök
During your first visit to the Jarnsmida Pitmines in Svartalfheim, you can start to be on the lookout for one of Odin's ravens after crashing the cart with Atreus. Otherwise, you can return to this point with a Magic Gateway at any point of the game, like all the others.
Look for a golden chain that you can slide down before moving along to the next area. After using the chain, you'll find a chest that contains one of the 'Things Left Behind' Artifacts. At this point, you should be able to see one of Odin's ravens flying around in a circle near the center of the water.
Move closer and time your axe throws as the raven flies past. Lining up the crosshair as seen in the image above will give you a good shot at the raven. This is the only raven in the Jarnsmida Pitmines.
