Looking for the Crafting Kit in Elden Ring? Here's what you need to know.

Elden Ring is a significant mark of change for FromSoftware games, adding in a whole host of brand new features and mechanics that haven't been seen in their previous projects. Crafting is such a mechanic and one that can quickly change the way you journey through The Lands Between.

Throughout your travels you'll pick up all sorts of items and materials, many of which can be used to create something useful. To do so, you'll need to get your hands on a Crafting Kit.

Below, we've detailed where you can get a Crafting Kit and how to use one.

Where to Find the Crafting Kit in Elden Ring

You'll be able to find one pretty early on in the game. Head on over to the Church of Elleh where you should encounter a Merchant - Kalé.

Kalé sells a variety of items, but he'll recommend that you purchase a Crafting Kit. The kit costs 300 Runes, which isn't much, so you won't need to think too hard about parting with your resources. It's a worthy investment, too. It's a key item and has an unlimited number of uses - it's best to pick this up as soon as you can.

How to Use the Crafting Kit in Elden Ring

To use the Crafting Kit, open up the pause menu and navigate to the Equipment menu. Here, you should now see the Item Crafting option.

This new menu will give you a breakdown of all the items you can currently craft, and the materials you'll need to do so.
