Moonveil is one of the best weapons in Elden Ring. This unique blade offers the superb katana move set, Blood Loss buildup and all, amplified by magical damage. It scales a little with Strength, but its real focuses are Dexterity and, most of all, Intelligence. With high Dexterity and Intelligence, Moonveil's Transient Moonlight Skill becomes one of the coolest and most powerful attacks in the game.

Here's where to find Moonveil.

To get Moonveil, you'll have to head to Gael Tunnel, just east of the border between Limgrave and Caelid. If you've yet to reach the area, head east from Summonwater Village along the road. Stop off at the Smoldering Church for a Site of Grace and some other goodies, then continue east until you're made to hop over a burning stone wall. Turn south and hew close to cliffs. Pass the Shack of Rotting Flesh, keeping the cliffs to your right and watching out for the path leading up to the Gael Tunnel entrance.

Once you're inside, you'll have to be careful about how you drop down into the pit ahead. Move to the left side of the platform and look down for a ledge you can drop onto.

Move to the edge of that platform and you should see another candle-lit platform you can reach by jumping. Go ahead and jump, then you'll be home free to drop to the Site of Grace.

Proceed through the dungeon and you'll eventually come upon two sets of wooden doors. Go through the left side and you'll run into your old friend Iron Fist Alexander. Exhaust his dialogue, then pass him to reach the Rear Gael Tunnel Entrance. Rest there.

Return to the other set of doors and enter to face the Magma Wyrm. Defeat it and you'll receive both a Dragon Heart and Moonveil.
