How to Get to the Swarm of Flies Location
To get the Swarm of Flies Incantation, players will need to find it inside a shallow cave in the Moghwyn Palace blood marsh region.
There, it can be found on a corpse guarded by Albinaurics along the east wall of the cave directly north of the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace.
Ultimately, the Swarm of Flies allows player to release a swarm of bloodflies — even while in motion — to assault foes, dealing damage and building up an onset of blood loss.
The Swarm of Flies also has relatively low stat requirements to wield it — just a Stamina cost of 24 —favoring Arcane (16) more than Faith (11).
