Who Can You Romance in Cyberpunk 2077: Full List

Who you can romance in Cyberpunk 2077 is left entirely in V and the player's hands.

By now, Cyberpunk 2077 players know that everything on their version of V is customizable. From body type to hairstyle, voice, and beyond, players can build the exact protagonist they think Night City needs. While these choices do have bearing on some parts of the plot, they also are the crux of the game's romance system.

Here's are all you romance in Cyberpunk 2077.

Who Can You Romance in Cyberpunk 2077

There are four main long-term romance options in Cyberpunk 2077 alongside a few other brief encounters and one-night stands.

V can initiate a relationship with Judy Alvarez, Panam Palmer, River Ward, and Kerry Eurodyne.

Judy can be romanced by a V with female body and voice. She is the braindance expert players meet toward the end of the first arc. They'll meet again during the campaign to track down Evelyn which will open up side jobs and an entire story with her.

Panam can be romanced by a V with a male body, but any voice. She is a member of the Complex Nomad clan who can be first met by completing the main story campaign to find Anders Hellman. She will eventually come calling again with the side quest Riders on the Storm, and then with A Little Help from My Friends. This culminates in a romantic encounter in Queen of the Highway.

River can be romanced by a V with a female body, but any voice. He is a cop who is featured in the side quest, I Fought the Law. Later, he'll call in a frantic state about his nephew having gone missing—which prompts The Hunt side quest. River, ever the gentleman, will take V to dinner afterward with another side quest called Follow the River. This leads to River asking about V's feelings not once, but twice, which leads to a relationship with positive replies.

Kerry Eurodyne can only be romanced by a V with a male body and voice. He won't appear unless the player completes side jobs featuring Rogue and Johnny. Eventually, after an attempt to get the Samurai band back together, Kerry will reach out on his own with his own line of side jobs. It won't be until the side job Off the Leash occurs that romance will become an option. Boat Drinks reaffirms this by letting V and Kerry share a kiss which results in a relationship.

Other options include Meredith Stout, Alt Cunningham, and Rogue Amendiares. However, this rely on V making the correct choices. They'll be able to hook up with Meredith if they use her still-encrypted chip to pay for the Flathead. Alt appears mostly in flashback memories within Johnny's mind.

Rogue, however, can rekindle her relationship with Johnny through V after the side quest "Tapeworm." If V lets Johnny take over their body, they'll eventually get together and have the chance to take Rogue on a date.
