Warzone players are eagerly awaiting an answer to whether or not the Terminator could be coming to the game.
With the rumors surrounding John Rambo and John McClane squaring up for a Warzone debut, fans have started wondering who else could be in the line-up. So far, Activision has all but confirmed the two 80's action film stars from Rambo (1982-85) and Die Hard (1988), respectively. Clearly, this is a pattern—one that fans are already filling in the blanks for.
Will Terminator Make an Appearance in Warzone?
While Activision has yet to come forward and either tease or state that Terminator will be the next in the crossover series, this doesn't necessarily make the idea implausible.
The original Terminator film released in 1984 starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, known action star and former Governor of Calif. It's not uncommon to see Schwarzenegger grouped in with the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis when discussing the genre. In fact, fans have done so already, with Activision quote retweeting the suggestion—which also included the legendary Chuck Norris.
Unfortunately, despite the anticipation, hype, and false claims, there is no concrete evidence to suggest Activision is looking to add a third operator into 80's Verdansk at all. Rambo, himself, was a surprise, as was McClane—but you know what they say: things like these come in threes.
For now, however, fans will just have to wait and see.
