WishiWashi evolution and location in Pokemon Sword and Shield is important to know because the fun Pokemon is back and remains just as interesting as it's first iteration in Generation VII. This Pokemon has some unique tricks, so if you've never heard of them, read on to learn more about it.

Wishiwashi Location + Rarity: Pokemon Sword and Shield

With a Capture rate of 60 according to Serebii, Wishiwashi isn't exactly Rattata in terms of ubiquity, but fishing anywhere around Route 9, Lake Axewell, or Hulbury should help any curious trainer find one. Just make sure not to spook the little guy too much. He's had a hard day.

Wishiwashi Evolution: Pokemon Sword and Shield

Wishiwashi is unique among Pokemon, though not for its lack of any additional evolutionary stages as plenty of Pokemon feature that quality. What makes this tiny guppy so interesting is its transformation mechanic, which sees it switch between its frail solo form when its health is below 20%, and a dazzling School Form once past level 20 and over 20%, where many Wishiwashi come together and take on a new shape.

Wishiwashi Stats: Pokemon Sword and Shield

As expected of a Pokemon with a transformation mechanic, Wishiwashi's stats vary depending on whether it's Solo or in School form. They are as follows:
