World of Warcraft Brewfest 2020 is now in full swing across the continents of Azeroth.
Originating as a Dwarven holiday, Brewfest is now celebrated around the world as an international holiday centered around drinking, feasting, and friendly competition. Breweries compete to claim the title of the best brew while brave adventurers are eagerly welcomed to kick back, relax, and enjoy the selections provided by every major city and town.
Achievements, mounts, and seasonal items await during this Oktoberfest-inspired in-game event.
World of Warcraft Brewfest 2020: Is It Happening?
Yes, Brewfest 2020 is happening.
Brewfest will run from Sept. 20 to Oct. 6, 2020. Players can pick up the beginning quests and items in Ironforge for the Alliance and Orgrimmar for the Horde. Additionally, they can take part in toasts lead faction-specific breweries every 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. server time. These are held by the Thunderbrew and Barleybrew breweries outside Ironforge or the Frostwolf and Warband breweries outside Orgrimmar.
Activities during Brewfest include protecting the grounds from invading Dark Iron dwarves, eating as many individual festival foods as possible, collecting the seasonal Brewfest clothes, mounts, and of course, getting absolutely smashed.
