The Xbox Series X system specifications were revealed Monday. Fans will have over half the year to decide whether the system will be worth the purchase before the anticipated 2020 holiday release.

Microsoft is saying the Xbox Series X is the most powerful console in its history. And while they are focusing on bringing a clearer and more polished product, they know the future of gaming isn't just graphics.

“While the Xbox Series X will deliver a massive increase in GPU performance and continue to redefine and advance the state of art in graphics with new capabilities such as hardware accelerated raytracing,” said Jason Ronald, Director of Product Management on Xbox Series X, “we don’t believe this generation will be defined by graphics or resolution alone.”
