XCOM Chimera Squad City Unrest and Anarchy: How to Keep Your City Under Control
By Nathan Fusco

XCOM Chimera Squad City unrest and anarchy are two phases your city can attain if you fail to keep them happy. Instead of the usual global invasion, you are tasked with controlling and protecting a single city split up in multiple districts. You only have so much time and resources to spend each day, so you have to pick and choose who to help.
If a district feels unhappy, they build unrest and eventually, it will lead to anarchy. High levels of anarchy will end the game in defeat. But don't stress, while some people will be unhappy in City 31, we'll help you keep them sated.
XCOM: Chimera Squad is available now on Steam! Can you save City 31 from the conspiracy groups threatening to bring it down? Are you ready for an all-new combat experience in the XCOM universe?

XCOM Chimera Squad City Unrest and Anarchy: How to Keep Your City Under Control
You can always check the levels of unrest on the city map at HQ. Every district starts off happy, but if you choose to ignore a mission or problem, the unrest will increase by 1. You really need to worry about your unrest levels when it reaches 5. Every day a district has 5 unrest, your city anarchy will increase by 1. If a certain district reaches the unrest cap, a red emergency mission will appear allowing you to quell the unrest.
Missions with the flame icon reduce unrest, so look to complete those in dramatic districts. As the game progresses, you'll gain more anarchy from capped districts, so you'll need to stay on top of it.
It's impossible to avoid any unrest, so expect it to grow, but you'll need to manage it by spreading out your missions across the whole city.
