Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition: Everything You Need to Know

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition is coming to the Nintendo Switch. This news comes off the back of this year's September Nintendo Direct. Here's what we know so far.

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has long been considered one of the Switch's staple JRPGs, but soon you'll be able to go back and revisit the original Wii game from 2012.

Since the Definitive Edition is a remaster as well as a port, it will also come with some shiny new graphics. Check out the trailer that was shown off in yesterday's Nintendo Direct:

Outside of the visual overhaul the game is getting, it isn't clear yet whether there will be any new content added to the game. For most players, though, this shouldn't be much of an issue. The Xenoblade games are packed with content and challenges for players to discover.

At this point there's no set release date outside of the vague 2020 window given in the trailer.
