In Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, you can make Snake puke. It happens the same way it happens for most of us, too; simply eat too much and then spin around way too fast. It’s a bad idea if you want to avoid puking, but if you want to make Snake throw up on purpose for the Ralph Called trophy and achievement, then we have the information you need.

Snake’s reflexes are just another random aspect that Kojima Productions hid in the original Metal Gear Solid 3, and here it has been recreated in the Delta remake. In this guide we’re quickly breaking down how to make Snake puke and unlock the Ralph Called trophy and achievement. This can be done in the very first area of the game.

Other secret trophies you can easily earn include the Ocelot Time Paradox and the Ocelot Always Gets His Man trophy.

How to make Snake puke for Ralph Called trophy – MGS Delta

You can make Snake puke pretty much anywhere, all you need is some food to fill your belly first. This can include animals, rations, or mushrooms you poke at with your knife.

Once you’ve chowed down and filled your Stamina, go into the Camouflage menu, select any camo, and then hit R3 to enter the Model Viewer.

While in the Model Viewer simply spin Snake around in a circle quickly for several seconds. This will make Snake feel very dizzy, and a bit unwell.

Once you’ve spun him sufficiently, go back into the game, and Snake will puke on the floor, giving you the Ralph Called achievement and trophy. It’s a bit gross, but it works.
