Persona 5: The Phantom X Relativity's Labyrinth – All coin locations and puzzle solutions

Along with the Museum and Bank arcs of the Crossroads of Fate story added in the P5X Version 1.2 update is the challenge mode, Relativity’s Labyrinth. This is a series of four puzzles that challenge you to navigate a shifting maze while losing your way as little as possible for potentially great rewards.
We’ll walk you through all four mazes in Relativity’s Labyrinth, showing you where to find all the coins and do it in the fewest moves possible so you can get an S-rank on every single one.

How to unlock Relativity’s Labyrinth
To access this content, you’ll need to have reached Crossroads of Fate, Chapter 2, which means you need to have started the second Palace in P5X’s main story – the point where you’ve witnessed Soy’s awakening – and completed every chapter in the Crossroads of Fate: Castle Arc event.
You can play the first puzzle right away. The second requires you to have cleared Crossroads of Fate, Chapter 2-1, and the third and fourth require you to clear Chapter 2-7.
Relativity’s Labyrinth 1 walkthrough
As you’d expect, the first one is the simplest. You have 6 coins to find and must press fewer than 8 switches.
Follow the path down from the start, and you’ll encounter the first switch. You must press this one to progress, with the coin just across the platform.
Next, you’ll go down the stairs and come across two switches. Press the bottom one to reach the second coin and progress.
Follow this path around, and you’ll find a purple portal that will take you to a room with a Shadow guarding a coin. Defeat the Shadow, claim the coin, and come back out.
As you go down the stairs, press the switch at the bottom to bring up a grappling point that takes you to the fourth coin.
Drop down to grab the fifth coin then come down the stairs. Jump across the platforms with the switches, pressing the first and third switches as you go. Make one final jump across to the final coin – the path will now be clear to reach the exit at the bottom of the stairs.
Relativity’s Labyrinth 2 walkthrough
In this one, there are 6 coins and you must trigger fewer than 11 switches.
From the start, head down the stairs and trigger the first switch. Hop over to the other platform. At the junction, first go left to get the first coin, then proceed to the right.
Follow the path around to drop down and grab the second coin. Then, when you come to the pair of switches, press the down switch twice to drop the lift to progress.
As you continue, head down the stairs directly in front of the next platform to get the third coin, then trigger the switch to raise the platform.
Head up to the next section. First, press the switch to reveal the route to the fourth coin, then press it again to clear the path forward.
After going through the portal. As you’re looking at the platform with the switch, go in the opposite direction to get the fifth coin, then jump across the switch to the opposite platform.
Go through the purple portal to fight the Shadow guarding the sixth and final coin.
Come back out through the portal, follow the path, and press the final switch to open the way to the exit.
Relativity’s Labyrinth 3 walkthrough
This maze asks you to find the 6 coins in fewer than 9 switches.
At the entrance, first go right to grab the first coin, then come back and head to the left, where you must press the first switch to progress.
Follow the path down and you’ll encounter two switches. Press the left switch once, go and grab the coin, then come back and press the left switch a second time to progress.
After coming out of the portal, follow the path until you find the next switch. Press it, then jump forward to grab the third coin before heading down the platforms that shifted when you pressed the switch.
When you get to the bottom, do not go down the stairs; instead, drop onto a platform to the left of the top of that staircase. This leads you round a secret path, at the end of it is a grapple point that will take you up to reach the fourth coin.
Use the portal next to the coin to come out at the start of the next section. Hop onto the nearest switch, across to the platform with the coin, over to the one in front of it, onto the second switch, and then proceed through the portal.
The portal takes you to a room where you must fight a Shadow to get the final coin, then you can proceed through the portal at the other end of the room and head straight to the exit.
Relativity’s Labyrinth 4 walkthrough
This final maze asks you to find 6 coins while pressing fewer than 16 switches.
From the entrance, follow the path to the left, press the first switch, and hop across the platforms that appear. You’ll come to a portal, but ignore it for now. Instead, head up the stairs and press the switch on the large platform.
Head up the staircase, pressing the switch in the middle to move the portal you walked past earlier up to where you need it. Proceed up the stairs and through the portal to come out next to the first coin.
Follow the path to the left and you’ll reach a pair of switches. Press the top switch once, and this will create a path to a third switch that was floating just out of reach. Press that switch, then come back and press the top switch two more times to create a path to the second coin.
Continue to the left and jump down on the switch there. Go through the portal in the distance, and you’ll reach a small area. Press the one switch there, and the platforms will move to let you reach the third coin.
Once you’ve got the coin, come back the way you came and then head south from the switch before the portal to reach yet another portal. This one will take you to a room with the fourth coin – we didn’t find a Shadow here, but it looks like you’re supposed to, it’s possible this is a glitch and the Shadow will be readded in a patch.
Continue through the portal on the other side of the room, and you’ll come out in front of two more portals and a switch. This last section is a bit complicated, so we’ll break it down step-by-step:
- Enter the portal on the right
- Go up the stairs north of where you came out and grab the fifth coin
- Come back down the stairs and press the switch next to you twice
- Exit through the portal next to you, taking you back to the starting platform
- Enter the portal on the left
- Go up the stairs and get the sixth coin
- Press the switch next to the portal once
- Exit through the portal next to you, taking you back to the starting platform
- Press the switch on the starting platform once
- Enter the portal on the left
- Go up the stairs to the exit
