HoYoverse

Prank your enemies with the best ZZZ Yuzuha build and be the last one to laugh. Specializing in enhancing the Anomaly Buildup Rate of her team members, Yuzuha’s focus is on supporting Anomaly Agents.

Yuzuha’s Core Passive grants all squad members the Tanuki Wish effect after her EX Special Attack or Ultimate have hit enemies. Lasting 40 seconds, Tanuki Wish increases the ATK of all squad members based on Yuzuha’s ATK as well as granting a general damage bonus. If she’s teamed up with another member of Spook Shack or an Anomaly Agent, the ability additionally increases the team’s Anomaly Mastery, Attribute Anomaly DMG, and Disorder DMG based on her own Anomaly Mastery.

Her first core mechanic revolves around Sugar Points. When Yuzuha has Sugar Points, she’ll consume them automatically to execute Aftershock attacks while she’s off the field. She gains Sugar Points from parrying attacks with Basic Attack: Tanuki Cloak (hold Basic Attack), Defensive Assist, EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate.

  • Full Name: Ukinami Yuzuha
  • Role: Support
  • Damage Type: Physical
  • Faction: Spook Shack
  • Rarity: S-Rank

Yuzuha’s second core mechanic is Sweet Scare. Yuzuha can inflict this debuff with her EX Special Attack. When you then switch to another Agent and hit the affected enemy, this will trigger Flavor Match. Flavor Match changes the attribute of Yuzuha’s Basic Attack: Sugarburst Sparkles and Basic Attack: Sugarburst Sparkles – Max to match the attribute of the Agent triggering the effect. Sugarburst Sparkles will automatically attack affected enemies, helping with Anomaly Buildup.

Yuzuha also has her tanuki, Kama, help out the active character with attacks while she’s off the field.

Getting duplicates of Yuzuha increases her Mindscape Cinema Level, unlocking additional buffs.

Effects

2

- Triggers Chain Attack when hitting enemies that aren’t stunned with a heavy attack.

- Yuzuha gains one Sugar Point when allies enter the battlefield via Chain Attack.

- Reduces cooldown of Basic Attack: Hard Candy Shot by 25%.

6

- Yuzuha gains an additional Sugar Point when parrying attacks with Basic Attack: Tanuki Cloak or Defensive Assist.

- Allows Assist Follow-Up to be charged up by consuming Sugar Points, causing it to fire additional shells dealing Physical DMG based on her ATK; shells hitting enemies suffering from Sweet Scare trigger Sugarburst Sparkles – Max, increasing Disorder DMG for all squad members for 40s (stacking up to 3 times). Being attacked while charging this attack allows Yuzuha to dodge automatically and fire with maximum charges.

ZZZ – Yuzuha: best W-Engines

Yuzuha’s best W-Engine is Metanukimorphosis, her signature equipment. It generously boosts Energy Regeneration, which allows for frequent EX Special Attacks — this keeps her buffs up and restores Sugar Points, allowing for frequent off-field attacks. Metanukimorphosis also has temporary Anomaly Mastery and Anomaly Proficiency boosts in store, which kick in after the wearer deals Physical DMG with their EX Special Attack or Ultimate and deal Aftershock DMG, respectively.

Best W-Engines for Yuzuha in ZZZ:

  • Metanukimorphosis (S-Rank)
  • Elegant Vanity (S-Rank)
  • Weeping Cradle (S-Rank)
  • Unfettered Game Ball (A-Rank)
  • Kaboom the Cannon (A-Rank)

ZZZ – Yuzuha: best Drive Discs

Yuzuha has very clear milestones to hit when it comes to ATK and Anomaly Mastery, which will allow her to maximize the effectiveness of her buffs — 3,000 ATK and 200 Anomaly Mastery. Naturally, this makes getting Anomaly Mastery on Partition 6 non-negotiable, which in turn leads to Energy Regeneration having to be sourced from somewhere else, i.e. the Drive Disc set.

Anomaly Proficiency is a great filler stat. Yuzuha will inevitably trigger some Anomalies along the way, so this is a good way to maximize her own damage output.

Best Drive Disc sets for Yuzuha in ZZZ:

  • Swing Jazz (4) + Phaethon’s Melody (2): +20% Energy Regeneration, +15% damage for all squad members for 12s after the wearer’s EX Special Attack or Ultimate, +8% Anomaly Mastery.

Best Drive Disc stats for Yuzuha in ZZZ:

  • Partition 1 – HP (Primary), ATK %, Anomaly Proficiency, ATK, CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG
  • Partition 2 – ATK (Primary), ATK %, Anomaly Proficiency, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG
  • Partition 3 – DEF (Primary), ATK %, Anomaly Proficiency, ATK, CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG
  • Partition 4 – ATK % (Primary), ATK, Anomaly Proficiency, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG
  • Partition 5 – ATK % (Primary), ATK, Anomaly Proficiency, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG
  • Partition 6 – Anomaly Mastery (Primary), ATK %, Anomaly Proficiency, ATK, CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG

ZZZ – Yuzuha: best team comps

Yuzuha is a robust choice for any team, but a superb one for those based around Anomalies.

  • Miyabi (Main DPS), Vivian (Sub DPS), Yuzuha (Support)
  • Bangboo: Robin

Miyabi keeps winning — the Void Hunter gains another powerful Support with Yuzuha. Miyabi benefits greatly from all of Yuzuha’s buffs and can trigger Anomalies even fast with her help. Similar to Vivian, Yuzuha doesn’t require much field time to be effective at all, which suits the Main DPS perfectly. Together, Vivian and Yuzuha massively juice up Miyabi’s Anomaly DMG.

Burnice, Grace, Jane, Yanagi, Piper, and Alice all derive the same benefits from Yuzuha.

ZZZ – Yuzuha: promotion materials
