Fortnite v35.10 patch notes: 5 biggest changes
By Ryan Woodrow

We’re already halfway through this month-long Fortnite season, but there’s still plenty of Star Wars content coming your way over the next couple of weeks. With just two weeks to go, things that usually wait until the end of the season, like Super Styles and secret skins, are unlocking with this update, so you can claim all your rewards for the season before the ramp-up to the finale live event begins.
As the battle between Epic and Apple about Fortnite on iOS continues, we’ll break down all the major things being added in this update so you know what to look out for when the servers come back online.
Battle Pass Super Styles
With this update, you’ll be able to unlock the Super Styles for this season, which are the rewards you can unlock once you’ve completed the main Battle Pass. With this season’s shorter length comes fewer rewards, meaning there are just two pages of Super Styles this time around, with a fun starry “Galactic Glow” style to accent the Battle Pass skins.
New Fortnite Ballistic map
Fortnite’s Counter-Strike-style mode has got a major update in this version, with the new map, Cinderwatch, being added to the pool. It’s currently just a shell, meaning it lacks detail as the team develops it, but you can try it out in casual and ranked right now. Also, Ballistic is getting in on some of the Star Wars fun, as the basic pistol will be replaced with the DL-44 Blaster until the end of the season.
General Grievous unlocked
This season’s secret skin, General Grievous, is now available. Usually, these skins are unlocked by completing quests, but it appears that this season, you just need to gain levels by playing the game, so it’s not too tricky. This also comes with the unveiling of the second variant on the skin, which is Warlord Grievous, a rarely-seen look into Grievous’ early life as a warlord of Kalee.
Jar Jar Binks & Mandolorian skins
Yet more Star Wars characters are joining the Fortnite roster over the coming weeks, as two new skins have been decrypted that will be coming to the item shop very soon. First up is Jar Jar Binks, everyone’s favorite Star Wars character, and we’ll say nothing more about it. Second is a customizable Mandalorian skin, which lets you change Mando’s armour style and color as much as you like.
June 2025 Fortnite Crew skin leaked
This update has also given us an early look at the skins all Fortnite Crew subscribers will receive for June this year. This new skin, named Ayla Winn, is a pretty simple design, featuring a pink-haired girl in a purple and black bodysuit. As with all Crew skins, the longer you remain subscribed after June, the more different styles you’ll unlock for this skin.
