HoYoverse has announced the next Genshin Impact livestream, which will be previewing what players can expect in Version 6.0, the official kick-off of the Song of the Welkin Moon saga.

Song of the Welkin Moon will bring us to the region of Nod-Krai, where several factions struggle for control and ancient secrets lie dormant — but are very close to being awoken. This saga will dive deep into some of the lore we encountered in past chapters, wrapping up major storylines before we’re heading into the true endgame of Genshin Impact.

Since this is the preview of an X.0 update, the developers themselves will guide us through the stream and provide their insights on the new region and its mechanics.

HoYoverse has already released tons of material on Nod-Krai, including a preview narrated by Alice and a story teaser formally introducing the Shades and the Fatui’s goals in the region. In this upcoming broadcast, we’ll finally get details on the storyline.

The developers will also reveal the full kits of upcoming characters Lauma, Flins, and Aino, who can be expected to play around with the brand-new reaction types Nod-Krai brings to the table.

We might also get a peek at the upcoming Genshin Impact UGC mode, which is set to come out this year.
