HoYoverse unveils Miliastra Wonderland release date and details
By Marco Wutz

Genshin Impact’s UGC system, Miliastra Wonderland, is set to be released for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, iOS, and Android on October 22, 2025, alongside Version Luna II.
The mode will be accessible to all players who’ve completed Genshin Impact’s prologue from inside the game, either through the Paimon menu or an icon in the top bar.
Miliastra Wonderland is connected to Teyvat in terms of lore, being a creation of O aka. Octavia, a member of Mondstadt’s Hexenzirkel.
Players can freely customize their character, dubbed the Manekin, for this mode. The Manekin’s clothes, face, hair, and accessories are all changeable. Use of the Manekin will not be restricted to Miliastra Wonderland either: You can play as the custom character in Teyvat.
Outfits for the Manekin can be obtained in various different ways. Miliastra Wonderland will offer its own Battle Pass with free and paid tiers, containing outfit pieces and sets. The Miliastra Pass will be included in purchases of Genshin Impact’s regular Battle Pass, while buying the Miliastra Pass provides a discount on regular Battle Pass purchases.
Other outfits can be crafted in-game by obtaining the necessary recipes and components, just as furniture crafting works in the Serenitea Pot — or outfit crafting in Infinity Nikki, to name the most obvious comparison. Quests will offer outfit rewards as well.
Finally, players can get new outfits from time-limited gacha banners or the in-game store.
The Miliastra Wonderland banners are called Odes and will periodically add thematic outfit sets of Legendary (5-Star) and Elite (4-Star) rarity. The first Ode will be called “Candlelit Revelry” and have a Halloween-inspired witch theme.
Outfits can be gifted to friends after a certain level as well.
Miliastra Wonderland’s editing tools, the Miliastra Sandbox, does not require coding knowledge and instead features a modular creation system centering around logic chains to make it more approachable for people to use. HoYoverse is providing all of Genshin Impact’s assets for the tool’s library and will continue to add more material as time goes on. Creators can also make achievements and leaderboards for their stages and will be able to earn money, similar to how Fortnite or Roblox devs are rewarded for their popular games.
