HoYoverse reveals Evernight, a 5-Star March 7th, for HSR 3.6

It’s finally time for March 7th to arrive on the stage of Amphoreus in HSR 3.6, which will see her 5-Star form, Evernight, added to the game as a playable character. Widely called Dark March in the community, Evernight is a follower of The Remembrance and deals Ice DMG.

With her release, March 7th will have two 4-Star forms players can obtain and switch between for free on top of a 5-Star form. The origin of the character’s name is explained in the lore drop accompanying the reveal: “The third month of Amphoreus is the month reserved for the Veil of Evernight... Then let us call this incarnation – the shadow of her – ‘Evernight.’”

Evernight is basically the result of what we’ve seen happening in HSR 3.4 between March 7th and Cyrene: The girl in search of her past decided to head to Amphoreus in spite of Cyrene’s warnings.

The drip marketing further states: “In the secluded Memory Zone, candlelight casts echoes of the past, softly fading away in the mist. Evernight, child of Remembrance born from the shadow, Chrysos Heir who conceals the Coreflame of Time, you shall stir the tide of Oblivion, guarding the wish of the mirrored soul. ‘Don't worry, I'll watch over your path of Trailblaze... no matter the cost.’”

Evernight’s Divine Authority is given as being that of Oronyx, so it appears she might relieve the Trailblazer of the Time Titan’s power — an important step, since the Trailblazer needs to be the new Deliverer.

The Amphorean script on the reveal artwork says “We were never apart,” implying that March 7th was with us on Amphoreus from the beginning — and we did take her camera to the world. But how exactly everything fits together will have to be revealed in the upcoming updates.

HSR 3.5 is set to arrive on August 13, 2025, so Version 3.6 is expected to launch in September.
