HSR 3.7 release date, events, and features revealed

HSR 3.7, titled As Tomorrow Became Yesterday, is bringing the heroic saga of Amphoreus to an end with a climactic clash between the Lord Ravager Irontomb and the Trailblazer’s crew. Can we save both The Erudition and Amphoreus from The Destruction?

This being a Honkai story, there's bound to be a bittersweet taste to the ending, but it’ll be worth experiencing in any case. It’ll be a romantic story after all, right? In addition to the finale of the Amphoreus arc, we’ll get Cyrene on the banners and a brand-new permanent game mode called Currency Wars. Which, yes, reeks like IPC.

HSR 3.7 – story & characters

The Trailblaze Mission “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday” will finally bring us the ultimate climax of the Amphoreus story: Trailblazer and friends head to the decisive clash with Irontomb in order to stop the Lord Ravager from wiping out The Erudition. We are in for a showdown with cosmic stakes — and one lingering question: What happens to Amphoreus if we win?

The HSR 3.7 banners will feature Cyrene, a 5-Star Remembrance character specializing as a potent support unit for other Remembrance followers and Amphoreus’ Chrysos Heirs. 

We’ll also get to insight into Cyrene’s mysterious backstory throughout the Trailblaze Mission.

HSR 3.7 – events

The following events will be available during HSR 3.7:

• Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game – event around the new permanent game mode; rewards include Stellar Jade.
• Cherished Recollection – accumulate Oneiric Shards for rewards, including a head accessory for Trailblazer and a skin for Cyrene’s weapon.
• Snack Dash – help train the cat cakes at Herta Space Station in this multiplayer mode; rewards include a hat accessory for Trailblazer.
• Gift of Odyssey – login event providing ten limited pulls.
• Relic Recon – obtain fully enhanced Relics for targeted characters as you play through the version’s content.
• Planar Fissure – double Planar Fissure drops.
• Garden of Plenty – double Calyx drops.

HSR 3.7 – features & additions

HSR 3.7 will contain a new area on Amphoreus, The Ruins of Time. The Trailblazer will have to overcome seals placed by Phainon to join up with him for the final battle.

In said final battle, we’ll face Irontomb in a climactic showdown as a brand-new boss character.

The new permanent game mode, Currency Wars, is another mixture between HSR’s turn-based battles and auto-chess elements, similar to the Fate stay/night event mode. Players can place their characters in on-field and off-field areas, giving them unique abilities depending on their position. Team synergies are completely different from the regular game thanks to auto-chess Bond effects. The mode starts out with 61 characters being available — all of them as free trial versions and with automatic upgrades. 

Currency Wars will receive irregular content updates, but will regularly refresh its rewards, similar to the Simulated Universe. Players can obtain Deep Immersifiers and Fuel Vouchers through Currency Wars, which allow for the skipping of battles in Planar Ornament Challenges or Calyxes, cutting down on the grind time.

Domains and Calyxes can also be farmed in quicker succession, allowing players to tackle more challenges in one go.

HSR 3.7 comes with an accessory system for characters, which will be used for Trailblazer and Cyrene first. Players can obtain three different hats for Trailblazer and a weapon skin for Cyrene during the coming update.

Finally, players will receive a free Golden Companion Spirit for logging in between Version 3.7 and 4.0. Topaz and her signature Light Cone, Worrisome, Blissful, will be added to the Stellar Convergence shop, where the Golden Companion Spirit can be exchanged.

HSR 3.7 will introduce two new Planar Ornaments:

• Amphoreus, The Eternal Land
• Tengoku@Livestream
