HSR 3.7 banners – Cyrene debuts

HoYoverse has revealed the Honkai: Star Rail 3.7 banners, confirming when we can expect the new character Cyrene to be available.

Cyrene, a 5-Star Remembrance character dealing Ice DMG, is a dedicated support unit for the Chrysos Heirs, bringing unique interactions with the Amphoreus cast to the table. Two banners with triple Chrysos Heir reruns accompany her own banner, which stays available for the entire update.

HSR 3.7 banners: Phase 1

Starting on November 5, 2025, with HSR 3.7’s release, you’ll be able to pull for the following characters and Light Cones for three weeks:

• Cyrene (5-Star, Remembrance, Ice), Moze (4-Star, Hunt, Lightning), Lynx (4-Star, Abundance, Quantum), and Pela (4-Star, Nihility, Ice)

Cyrene

Cyrene is an HP-based Remembrance character and supports her team by dealing extra True DMG as well as boosting the SPD and DMG of her allies as well as activating their Ultimates. Her main mechanic, however, is that she’s bringing unique buffs for each Chrysos Heir to the field. She’s destined to be the most powerful support character for Chrysos Heir teams.

Hyacine

Hyacine is one of the strongest healers currently available in the game, mixing consistent HP recovery with a surprisingly high damage output. Being a Remembrance character, she’s got high synergy with characters who interact with summons or Memosprites.

Castorice

Castorice is a powerful HP-based Remembrance damage dealer, who thrives when her team’s HP is in constant fluctuation. She also benefits from summon and Memosprite buffs.

Tribbie

Tribbie is a well-rounded Harmony character who can support pretty much any team thanks to her generalist buffs. She also helps the party with a barrage of Follow-Up Attacks.

HSR 3.7 banners: Phase 2

Phase 2 of HSR 3.7 will begin on November 26, 2025, and run for three weeks from that point on. You’ll be able to get the following characters and Light Cones in this time period:

Phainon

Phainon is a lethal Main DPS who is ideal for a solo carry setup, as he banishes the members of his team into the shadow realm during his Ultimate, taking command of the field by himself.

Cipher

Cipher is a versatile debuff character with Follow-Up Attacks and can slot into many teams to bolster their overall damage output.

Mydei

Mydei is another HP-based damage dealer. He consumes his own HP to bolster his DPS, even going so far as to fall into a berserker rage during the player loses control over him.
