Palworld update 0.6.2 patch notes: Fixes for disappearing Pals, PS5 save issues, and more

Developer Pocketpair has published a new Palworld update on July 10, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Patch 0.6.2 is a small one, but contains several crucial fixes to bugs and other issues with the game.
This update delivered the long awaited solution to the PS5 save game issues, which had been plaguing players for a while. Xbox players have not been forgotten, though: Pocketpair solved an issue that caused the graphics of the game to deteriorate all of a sudden.
In terms of in-game glitches, the developers have found the cause of Pals disappearing from the Dimensional Pal Storage and pushed a fix for the frustrating issue.

Palworld update 0.6.2 patch notes
- Fixed an issue where Pals in a Dimensional Pal Storage would disappear under certain conditions.
- Optimized the memory usage to reduce the likelihood of crashes when playing for a long time. Fixed an issue where graphics would deteriorate greatly in some cases on Xbox.
- Fixed an issue where save/load could fail on PS5.
- Limited the number of save data items on PS5 to a maximum of 10.
