5 Changes We Want to See in League of Legends Patch 10.15
By Joe Melillo

League of Legends Patch 10.15 is right around the corner so we took a look at five changes we want to see included in the update. The meta feels pretty stable right now and most roles feel like they have a diverse champion pool. Anyway, here is five changes we would like to see Riot implement in the next patch.

5 Changes We Want to See in League of Legends Patch 10.15
Buff Swain
It was revealed that Riot has plans to substantially buff Swain and I fully support the idea. When strong, Swain brings another tank mage option to the rift. Swain has struggled mightily in Season 10, seeing occasional support play. The proposed buffs to his cooldowns should make him feel more active in-lane and improve his ability to find kills.
Rethink the Patch 10.14 Karthus Buffs
After his recent buff, Karthus feels out of control in the jungle. He has spiked to a 54% win rate and can deal absolutely insane amounts of damage--especially with Dark Harvest. His ultimate simply wins team fights by itself and he is a menace if he gets any sort of lead. A small nerf to his overall damage output would make him feel more balanced.
Buff Rengar
The jungle has lacked a viable assassin pick for a while now and Rengar just feels too weak. He takes too long to scale and loses fights terribly if he doesn't get to engage. I feel that a fair change would be taking some of his scaling potential and front-loading it. This way, he would be a little more sturdy in the early game while being a little weaker in the late game to compensate.

Nerf Conqueror
This feels like it could apply to any patch since Conqueror's release. The rune simply feels like every champion in top lane must run it and the champions who can utilize it are always S tier. It leads to most players having the same play style, as they all try to stack up Conqueror, trade, and run. I feel that a fair change is nerfing the rate at which it stacks so that it is less useful in trades, but just as useful in team fights.
Give Varus Some of His Power Back
Varus got absolutely gutted in his Patch 10.14 nerfs. His win rate has fallen all the way to 47% and it feels as if Riot's nerfs were too harsh. When a champion is obviously over-tuned, Riot has a tendency to decimate them instead of nerfing them to an acceptable level. Currently, Varus does not do enough damage to justify being picked so a buff to his damage would be the ideal way to bring him back into the meta.
