League of Legends Patch 10.19's worst top laners simply aren't worth your time. While Garen and Darius seem to have a firm grip on the top lane, most of the meta revolves around the ability to effectively deal with them. Champions like Jax can be quite effective for his mobility and dueling power, while others can be free LP for the other team.

Let's take a look at the worst top lane picks in Patch 10.19.

5 Worst Top Laners in League of Legends Patch 10.19

Tryndamere seems to really be struggling this patch. He has losing matchups into both Garen and Darius and only really fits in niche team comps. He is best served as a split pushing machine, but that strategy relies on some of his teammates winning and applying pressure in different areas of the map.

Dr. Mundo

Patch after patch, Mundo lands on this list. He simply won't be a factor until the Riot Games design team gives him some love. Almost all of the other top laners do more at the moment, so there's a plethora of better picks. In the future, we will see a day where Mundo can go and please again.

Gnar feels under-tuned and doesn't stack up well against the juggernauts in the meta. The champion is designed to be vulnerable until he transforms, at which point he's supposed to be brutal to deal with. For most juggernauts, you can wait until his transformation, dodge his stun, and then proceed to easily kill him.

Kayn is an excellent jungler, but his kit is designed for short, burst trades -- especially pre-level six. This makes him ideal in the jungle where he can adopt a more "run and gun" play style. He struggles to burst down tanks in the top lane, so its best if he is relegated to the jungle.

Aatrox is close -- one buff and he could find himself on top of the tier list, but he just gets beat up by the current meta. He loses against almost every meta top laner while also being more mechanically difficult than most of them. Aatrox is close, but he isn't ready quite yet.
