Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 is now live with five unique weapons ready to infiltrate the new meta.

A new Fortnite season means a range of new weapons, cosmetics, and POIs. As players explore the picturesque jungle biome, including Rumble Ruins, Creeky Compound, and Shady Stilts, they can level up the Chapter 4 Season 3 Battle Pass.

Along with the unvaulted Combat SMG and Drum Shotgun, the new update also features five weapons never-before-seen in Fortnite.

Here's a breakdown of all the new weapons in Fortnite WILDS.

The Thermal DMR is great for the three new POIs on the Fortnite WILDS map. Thermal vision is perfect to spot enemies lurking in the dense forest. The scope will also help you hit long-range shots throughout the new uneven terrain.

Flapjack Rifle

The Flapjack Rifle features a spinning magazine that allows players to fire off a decent amount of shots before having to reload. Unlike the other new weapons, a Mythic version of the Flapjack Rifle exists in the three Vaults guarded by NPC Bosses.

Kinetic Boomerang

Like any boomerang, the Kinetic Boomerang can hit enemies as it flies forward and then back to you. The weapon has two shots that recharge every 20 seconds, and can also deal damage to builds and vehicles.

Cybertron Cannon

The Cybertron Cannon is Fortnite WILDS' version of a Rocket Launcher. It will launch an explosive projectile onto enemies and any structures they reside in.

Wildwasp Jar

Instead of collecting Fireflies, players can now collect Wildwasps. Simply gather them in a jar and hurl them at unsuspecting opponents to inflict damage. The only ways to free yourself of the Wildwasps are to jump into water or mud.
