According to FUTBIN, the SBC is coming in around 1.17 million coins to complete from scratch. Makelele isn't the most popular Icon in the game, and it is an expensive SBC considering what else is available out there. The SBC is about 300,000 coins cheaper, as of writing, than purchasing a tradeable version on the market. Additionally, there's a Loan version available to try before committing to crafting it.
