Crime City Nightmare Darius is part of the new collection of skins due to be released in Patch 11.17 for League of Legends. Riot has released the first splash art for this upcoming skin. Here's what you need to know:

Darius is featured in a pinstripe-style waistcoat and draped with a fur-collared coat with a glowing stone on the back.  His purple hair is matched with the accents throughout the skin.
