Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor Delayed
By Jack O'Dwyer

Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)'s newest chapter expansion, Greymoor, has now been confirmed to have a week delayed release date of May 26 for PC and June 9 for consoles, according to a tweet from the official Twitter account.
This announcement comes after a letter written by Game Director Matt Firor was post on the game's developer blog on Apr. 8. The letter, addressed to players, sited issues caused by the global pandemic in recent months and alluded to a possible week delay for the entire expansion—alongside Update 26.
We can now officially announce that Greymoor will release on May 26 for PC/Mac and June 9 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Elder Scrolls Online Delayed Release Date Confirmed
In this newest letter, Firor explained that the pandemic virus has forced many members of the ZeniMax Online Studios (ZOS) team to operate from home. He echoed his sentiments from the previous post and confirmed that, indeed, Greymoor is slated to release a week later that originally planned.
"Despite the challenges, we are still on track for Update 26 and the Greymoor Chapter to launch only one week late. Now that Update 26 is on the PTS (check it out!), we are confident that we will be able to launch Tuesday, May 26th on PC/Mac and Tuesday, June 9th on Xbox One and PlayStation®4." He wrote.
Firor goes on to address other concerns from players during this time—most notably the "delayed input" issue in high traffic areas such as Cyrodiil and major cities.
"Our ongoing investigation of this has been going well, and we will have an update for you as soon as we have something to say. We–as players of the game as well as developers–know how frustrating this problem can be."
Additionally, from now until launch, the team will continue to hunt down and fix problems as they arise.
He closed the letter by thanking everyone for continuing to spend time "sheltering in Tamriel", wished everyone well, and once again asked players to "wash your damn hands."
