Just in time for the holidays, Escape from Tarkov is on sale for those on PC via the Battlestate Games' traditional New Year's sale.

Escape from Tarkov New Year's 2023 Sale Revealed
Here are the discounted deals for Escape from Tarkov during the New Year's sale:
- Escape from Tarkov Standard Edition: $33.74 (25% off)
- Escape from Tarkov Left Behind Edition: $56.24 (25% off)
- Escape from Tarkov Prepare for Escape Edition: $74.99 (25% off)
- Escape from Tarkov Edge of Darkness Limited Edition: $104.99 (25% off)
The discount for the purchase of several pre-orders as a gift doesn't stack with the event discounts.
Additionally, for those who already own Escape from Tarkov, you can upgrade to any other pre-order package at a 25% discount during the sale. The entire EFT merch store is also said to be having discounts at this time.
The Escape from Tarkov New Year's sale is set to run from Dec. 25, 2022, to Jan. 7, 2023, at 3:59 p.m. ET.
In the meantime, those in the EFT community are waiting for the next wipe to commence. On Monday, Battlestate Games confirmed that the first iteration of the long-awaited Streets of Tarkov map will be released in the 0.13 patch. With the annual Escape from Tarkov New Year's Twitch Drops promo set to run from Dec. 29, 2022, to Jan. 7, 2023, those in the community are speculating that the wipe will be coming before then.
