FIFA 21 Ultimate Team is most likely once again going to be the biggest game mode and players are wanting these five features.

Players are hoping that the millions that are being spent will finally bring about change to the game. Some even argue that FIFA has been going downhill. They believe previous FIFA editions are miles ahead of FIFA 20.

Here are five things players want in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team:

FIFA 21 Ultimate Team: 5 Things Players Want

FIFA 21 Ultimate Team wish-lists have been created by many players. Endless amounts of ideas are coming from all over the world.

Here are five things players want in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team:

1. Better Servers/Matchmaking

  • For years players have complained endlessly for EA Sports to fix its servers. They may have added more servers but the amount of connectivity issues seem to linger.

2. Monthly Rewards

  • The lack of rewards players receive has been ridiculed. Previous FIFA editions had monthly rewards properly rewarding higher-ranked players.
  • Those in Gold 2 or higher are frustrated by the lack of pulls compared to their Gold 1 peers. Some even only play until they reach Gold 1.

3. Icons SBCs

  • Icon swaps were a good addition but poorly executed. EA Sports need to reintroduce Icons SBCs to combat the market price of Icons.
  • In addition, Icons SBCs will give players more opportunities to finally play with an Icon. If EA Sports think that it will decrease the money spent on FIFA, they are probably wrong.

4. New Icons

  • This is a given in each year but players are hoping for some new Icons. They are hoping for usable and powerful Icons. This includes Brazilians Rivaldo and Zico, but also Spanish maestro Xavi and German Oliver Kahn.

5. Create Your Own Ultimate Team

  • The idea of Ultimate Team seems to differ between EA Sports and players. FIFA players would like to create a team without a need to worry about chemistry. Similar to Pro Evolution Soccer, players can create a team and develop team chemistry with each game played.

FIFA 21 is set for an October 9 release. More information is to come for a demo release and more new features. FIFA 21 will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC, but also on PS5 and Xbox Series X when it is released.
