Final Fantasy 7 Remake VIP Card is an item needed for a long sidequest, The Party Never Stops.

The quest is a long fetch/trading quest, and the VIP Card is the last thing you need to complete it.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake VIP Card: Where to Get

Once you start the quest, Johnny will lead you to the Drunkard's Den from the clothing store. After talking to the drunk father, head to the Materia shop and find the vendor lying on his side.

The vendor will make you go get something from the vending machine. You have to use it three times to get a Vital Brew, Crimson Spike and The Sauce. Bring them back to the vendor who will take all three off your hands.

He'll tell you to go to the restaurant, and you'll have to give the owner advice. No matter what you pick, you'll get the medicine voucher that you came for. You'll get some bonus items depending on your elemental materia level.

When you leave the restaurant, Johnny will get an upset stomach and he'll be collapsed on the floor with the pharmacist over him. Talk to the pharmacist and you'll be taken inside, where you'll be asked to deliver medicine to people based on how high your cleansing materia level is. You only need to deliver to one patient, but if you do all of them you'll get some bonus items.

The sick people are located:

  1. Over the toilet in the bathroom of the Drunkard's Den.
  2. Against the wall in the alley behind the clothing shop.
  3. In the alley south of the massage parlor.

Once you've run your deliveries, go back to the pharmacist and collect the VIP card. Give the card back to the drunken father, and he'll send you back to the clothing store.

The quest is finally over, and you'll get a Turbo Ether for your troubles.
