Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean Collaboration Leaked

After quite some time without a movie crossover in Fortnite, it looks like a Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration is on its way to Epic Games' Battle Royale.

Reliable Fortnite leaker, iFireMonkey, reported the rumor first mentioned on the XboxEra podcast, hinting at the pirate invasion coming to Fortnite sometime in 2024. Although concrete details surrounding the collaboration are hard to come by, the possibilities a Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean crossover could bring to Fortnite are endless. From the Black Pearl to countless cosmetics, the Disney franchise could easily take over Fortnite in a limited-time event.

Is Jack Sparrow Coming to Fortnite?

Yes, Jack Sparrow is likely coming to Fortnite if the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration does indeed happen. The face of the franchise would be a no-brainer for Epic Games to bring to their Battle Royale to headline the crossover.

In fact, the skin was already teased back in a Fortnite survey from 2023 that included Pirates of the Caribbean on a list of possible collaborations coming in 2024. The crossover could also feature Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Davy Jones, and more.

Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean Release Date

As of now, the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean release date is still unknown. Since Epic Games has not confirmed the rumors, we will not know if or when the crossover will arrive in Fortnite until more leaks or official statements are released.

It is safe to say, though, that the collaboration would likely not occur any earlier than Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover is set to go live in early February, featuring a Shredder skin and mini-Battle Pass, so fans will have to wait a bit longer to see Jack Sparrow in the Battle Royale.
