TMNT Shredder is likely coming to Fortnite on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, as part of update v28.20. Although Epic Games has not confirmed the date just yet, reliable leaks announced the skin's arrival in the Battle Royale within the next week.

Fortnite leaker, ShiinaBR, posted the full schedule of Fortnite updates left in Chapter 5 Season 1, and then revealed that one of Epic Games' encrypted cosmetics set to come in the next update is likely Shredder.

Is Shredder Coming to the Item Shop?

As of now, it is unclear if Shredder is coming to the Item Shop in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1. Unlike the previous Fortnite x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles skins, Shredder could be part of a mini-Battle Pass exclusive to the rumored upcoming in-game event.

If there is a TMNT Battle Pass, then fans can expect a similar structure to the Jujutsu Kaisen and Star Wars Battle Passes. There will likely be a free and premium reward track that offer a range of cosmetics, with Shredder being the final reward in the paid Battle Pass.

Fortnite Shredder Skin Price

Epic Games typically prices the event Battle Passes at 1,000 V-Bucks. The good news is that you still have some time to complete the Fortnite Underground Battle Pass before the crossover drops to secure 1,500 free V-Bucks to get your hands on the upcoming cosmetics.
