Dark and Darker is a dungeon PvPvE meant for players to team up and embark on a journey filled with formidable monsters, grueling battles, and exciting treasures. 

The game gained traction during its time on Steam. Valve removed it because of legal issues between Nexon, MapleStory's publisher, and Ironmace Games. Dark and Darker launched its Early Access on August 7, 2023. The game is currently available on the official Ironmace store and Chaf Games.

How to Download Dark and Darker

Follow these instructions to download Dark and Darker through the official store:

  1. Visit the Ironmace Store. 
  2. Sign up for an account.
  3. Verify your email address.
  4. Create an Xsolla account to buy the game. 
  5. Verify your email address.
  6. Allow Xsolla to use the email address and phone number you provided.
  7. Add Dark and Darker to your shopping cart and complete the purchase. 

Follow these steps to download the game through Chaf Games:

  1. Visit Chaf Games.
  2. Click "Purchase."
  3. Sign into the website with your Apple account, Google account, or another email account.
  4. Select "Purchase" again.
  5. Pick the edition you want.
  6. Click "Buy Now" to complete the purchase.

You'll also need to download the Blacksmith Installer to launch the game. Click the "Launcher Download" button on the Ironmace homepage to get it.
