It's quite a hefty game, and one that will continue to grow as more updates come. It's unlikely that miHoYo will decide to delete large chunks of the game to maintain storage size, so it's advisable to leave some storage in reserve for when the game gets updated again.

Genshin Impact recently dropped its 1.4 update, which introduced new characters to unlock ,new weapons, a new event in the Windblume festival, and new "hangouts" players could do to interact with specific players.
