How to get 1,000 points in Rocket League is a common question for those trying to dominate the game. With many players looking to set a their own personal records as Season 2 of Rocket League winds down, we've got the scoring you'd need in order to eclipse 1000 points in a match. Be aware, although it's difficult to eclipse the 1000 point margin, especially if you're playing in Competitive matches.
To order to eclipse the 1000 point margin in Rocket League you'll need to accomplish a variety of actions. The easiest to do would be to score goals. Goals are the highest valued action at 100 points. Scoring 10 goals in a game sounds quite difficult, and it is. However there is a list of other actions you perform to build up that score as well. Here are the most common actionable items you can get points for in Rocket League.
- Aerial, Backwards, Bicycle, Long, Turtle, or Pool Shot Goals +20
- Assists +50
- Hat Trick +25
- Save +50
- Epic Save +75
- Shot on Goal +10
- Center Ball +10
- Clear Ball +20
How to Get 1,000 Points in Rocket League
There is a variety of different ways you can build up points in order to breach that 1000 threshold. The easiest way to give yourself a chance would be to go into unranked game modes so that you may get players that are new and easier to be scored on. If you're looking to just get goals to eclipse 1000, solo may be the best option.

It'll definitely take some time and skill in order to eclipse 1000 if you're going after it in competitive mode, but if you've been grinding through Season 2 of Rocket League hopefully it's already happened a couple of times.
