TT Games and Warner Bros. Interactive provided Game Informer with several of these codes at launch, including one for Admiral Holdo:

1. Boot up the game
2. Enter the pause screen
3. Select the option "Enter Code"
4. Enter the code "XV4WND9"

Normally, for every character in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, players will need to play through any of the nine episodes and perform specific tasks to unlock them.
