After a huge nerf to the MTZ Interceptor, both casual and professional players began exploiting the overpowered ARs that were overlooked for so long. Along with new weapon buffs and nerfs in today’s patch, there is also a new AR, called the BP50, fans can get without having to complete any in-game challenges or purchases.

The BP50 Assault Rifle in MW3 Season 2 is designed to dominate from mid to long ranges. The developers described the new weapon as “a modular bullpup” that can “tear down the competition with a high rate of fire and exceptional accuracy.” Unlike other assault rifles in MW3, the BP50 grants players extreme mobility, “exceptional maneuverability,” and a “spectacular rate of fire.”

Although it is too early to tell, the weapon sounds like it could challenge other weapons in the assault rifle category in multiplayer.

How to Unlock BP50 Assault Rifle in MW3 Season 2

To unlock the BP50 Assault Rifle in MW3 Season 2, fans must unlock Battle Pass Sector B7. Fortunately, the weapon is one of the free rewards in the base Battle Pass, so you do not need to upgrade your Battle Pass to receive the AR.

Sector B7 is fairly close to Sector B1, where you will begin at the start of MW3 Season 2. If you travel to Sector B2 right away, then you will make it to Sector B7 in just three moves. There will be extra free rewards to collect on your way to Sector B7, so the journey will not feel too strenuous.
