Wondering how to unlock the Wise Waddle Dee in Kirby and the Forgotten Land? We've got you covered.

In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Wise Waddle Dee is an NPC that has a lot of utility for players aside from simply livening up Waddle Dee Town once he arrives. With the highly-anticipated action-platformer game finally out now for Nintendo Switch, here's a breakdown of how to unlock the Wise Waddle Dee in Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

Wise Waddle Dee Kirby and the Forgotten Land Unlock Guide

In order to unlock Wise Waddle Dee, players simply need to complete The Tropical Terror, which is the final stage of the second area of the game, Everbay Coast.

Being that The Tropical Terror is a final stage, that also means that it requires players to rescue a certain number of Waddle Dees from that specific area's other stages before becoming available.

Additionally, that also means that The Tropical Terror has a boss that players must defeat, which in this case is an aggressive palm tree named Tropical Woods.

Once players have felled Tropical Woods, effectively clearing both The Tropical Terror and Everbay Coast, Wise Waddle Dee will arrive in Waddle Dee Town.

Wise Waddle Dee keeps track of how many Waddle Dees players have rescued so far, gives tips on how to find any blueprints they've missed in any stages already done before, as well as keeps them up to date with fairly interesting tidbits and trends of others playing Kirby and the Forgotten Land from around the world.

Players will also get a special Vol. 1 Wise Waddle Dee figure after the first time they listen to everything he has to say.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land was released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on March 25, 2022.
