League of Legends MMO: What Platforms Will it be on?

It is safe to say that the MMO game will be on Windows platform as most of Riot's games are. There is no information yet whether the MMO will be on macOS. To note, League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics are available on both Windows and macOS but Legends of Runeterra, Valorant, LoL Esports Manager, and the upcoming Ruined King: A League of Legends Story are not available for Mac users.

As for console, so far Riot has revealed plans to make Ruined King: A League of Legends Story available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is not impossible to hope that the new MMO to be on consoles. Popular MMO Final Fantasy XI is an example. In the recent years, MMOs have begun to break into the mobile phone market (iOS and Android) such as Old School Runescape, MapleStory M, and Ragnarok M. Fans have a reason to be hopeful regardless which platforms they prefer.
