League of Legends Patch 10.10 top lane tier list focuses on the best champions to play in the role as a new set of patch notes was released Tuesday.

Top lane is in an interesting place in League of Legends Season 10. It's been dominated by specific bruisers for most of the season, especially after the Wukong rework. Patch 10.10 didn't include many balance changes to top laners, so expect the same picks from Patch 10.9 to be strong for another two weeks.

Here are the best top lane champions in League of Legends Patch 10.10 broken down into tiers.

League of Legends Patch 10.10 Top Lane Tier List

S Tier

  • Darius
  • Garen
  • Shen
  • Wukong

These five champions exemplify what it means to carry from the top lane. These champions excel as lane bullies that are strong at team fighting once the game gets to that point. Additionally, champions in the S tier also excel at split pushing like Shen. His ultimate allows him to sit in a lane by himself and jump to the team fight once it breaks out. Any of these five champions are great picks.

Wukong's been nerfed since his rework, but he's still strong in the current meta.

A Tier

  • Sett
  • Fiora
  • Mordekaiser
  • Malphite
  • Ornn

The A tier champions rival S tier in some categories and are strong picks as well. Ornn always helps teams scale into the late game with his item upgrades, Mordekaiser is strong in lane and picking off enemies before fights, Sett and Fiora are great duelists and any Malphite with Yasuo should be feared.

B Tier

  • Kled
  • Camille
  • Illaoi
  • Nasus
  • Urgot

B tier champions are a bit niche in their own right with unique traits for games and team compositions. Kled was one of the few champions to receive a nerf in Patch 10.10 with a cooldown increased to his Beartrap on a Rope.

Camille and Illaoi are strong duelers, but can be played around. Nasus needs time to scale into the game, but can become a tank. These champions are strong when played correctly, but there are better picks to either prioritize or ban in ranked queues.
