League of Legends Patch 10.16 Expected Changes

League of Legends Patch 10.16 preview was released including nerfs to Volibear, Syndra, Karthus and Ashe.

Volibear

Thundering Smash (Q)

• Movement speed decreased from 15-25 to 10-26%

Syndra

Dark Sphere (Q)

• Damage reduced from 70-230 to 70-210

Nocturne Mid

Umbra Blades (Passive)

• Cooldown increased from 10 to 14 seconds
• Basic attacks against monsters and champions refund 3 seconds of cooldown up from 2 seconds

Karthus

Lay Waste (Q)

• AP ratio decreased from 35 to 30%

Kha'zix

Taste Their Fear (Q)

• Isolation bonus damage decreased from 120% to 110% total AD

Sett

Haymaker (W)

• Damage decreased from 80-180 to 80-160

Facebreaker

• Damage decreased from 50-170 to 50-130

Karma

Inner Flame (Q)

• Mana cost changed from 50-70 to 65 at all ranks
• Cooldown increased from 7-5 to 9-7 seconds

Ashe

Ranger's Focus (Q)

• Attack speed reduced from 20-60 to 20-40%

Bard

Base Stats

• HP decreased from 575 to 560

Caretaker's Shrine (W)

• Full power heal reduced from 70-230 to 55-215

Nautilus

Titan's Wrath (W)

• Shield base decreased from 60-100 to 45-85

• Bloom damage increased from 35-115 to 45-125

• Bonus AD Ratio increased from 150 to 175%

Lunge (Q)

• Cooldown decreased from 16-8 to 13-6 seconds
• Cooldown refund from hitting an enemy champion decreased from 60 to 50%

Jax

Counter Strike (E)

• Cooldown decreased from 16-8 to 14-8 seconds

Evelynn

Hate Spike (Q)

• Cooldown decreased from 8 to 4 seconds
• 50% cooldown refund on monster hit Removed

Hecarim

Devastating Charge (E)

• Movement speed increased from 25-75 to 25-100% over 3 seconds

Skarner

Crystal Slash (Q)

• Mana cost reduced from 10 to 15
• Total AD ratio increased from 0.15 to 0.20

Tristana

Explosive Charge (E)

• Damage increased by 1% for every 2% of critical strike chance (new)

Lucian

Piercing Light (Q)

• Damage increased from 85-225 to 95-235

The Culling (R)

• Shot Damage increased from 20-30 to 24-36
