League of Legends Patch 10.18 introduces much needed nerfs and buffs, especially to champs who have not seen playing time recently. Additionally, this patch will implement a nerf to the Guardian rune which has been a rune that dominates on support champs.

With that being said, here is how the mid lane tier list shakes up with the introduction of the League of Legends Patch 10.18.

League of Legends Patch 10.18 Mid Lane Tier List

S Tier - Kassadin, Yasuo, Zed, Diana

Spotlight: Yasuo

The top of the mid lane tier list remains unchanged from the previous League of Legends Patch 10.16b. The top four champs still hold a firm grasp on the mid lane and one of its most seasoned residents Yasuo is a champ that most mid laners should consider picking up. His ability to shred through a team's back line is devastating in team fights. Especially now, where champs like Caitlyn are dominating the meta, having a Yasuo on your team to deal with the squishy damage dealers is a must-have.

A Tier - Yone, Ahri, Vladimir, Galio

Spotlight: Galio

Galio is one of four mid laners to receive a change in this patch and while it is a small one, Q gust base damage 80-220 changes to 70-210, it is still something to be aware of. Galio will remain as a top pick in the mid lane due to his global map pressure and gap closers. This utilitarian mid laner has become a staple in the mid lane and he won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

B Tier - Fizz, Ahri, Karthus, Talon

Spotlight: Ahri

One of the faces of League of Legends, Ahri finds herself with a sizable buff. The breakdown is as follows. Her base HP regeneration was lowered and the movement speed bonus granted by her passive has been removed. Additionally, her new remodeled passive will essentially grant her extra damage after hitting enemies with her abilities. She also will not be able to heal of her Q ability, Orb of Deception, and the cooldown on her W ability, Fox-Fire will be reduced but will output more damage to minions. Expect Ahri's laning phase to be slightly different this time around and for her to have less sustain when fighting in return for more damage.
