League of Legends Patch 11.13 Preview

Small but crucial changes will be coming with patch 11.13 for League of Legends. There has been a huge change to mobility items, along with two new items and champion adjustments as well.

In this article, we will be going over what to expect in patch 11.13.

Mobility Creep Reduction

The biggest adjustments have been made for mobility items. The reliance on items for mobility will be lessened after patch 11.13 goes live. Below is the list of items that have been affected. Surprisingly, mobility shoes stay the same.

Five items have received nerfs, where their movement speed function has decreased.

  • Shurelya
  • Cosmic Drive
  • Nimbus Cloak
  • Galeforce
  • Prowler's Claw

Six items have been adjusted, meaning that their movement speed has been nerfed, but other features of the items have received buffs.

  • Stridebreaker
  • Trinity Force
  • Lich Bane
  • Black Cleaver
  • Dead Man's Plate
  • Deaths' Dance

Item Adjustments

  • Sanguine Blade (deleted)
  • Hullbreaker (added)
  • Anathema’s Chains

Starting in patch 11.13, we will no longer be able to see Sanguine Blade. It has been replaced with Hullbreaker, an item specializing in split pushing. Another addition is Anathema's Chains. This will be the counter of Hullbreaker as well as one-man carry teams.

Champion Balance Changes

Adjusted champions include Tahm Kench and Viego. Tahm Kench has gone through a mini-rework where he will be more usable in solo queue. Basic stats for Viego has been adjusted to make him stronger in the jungle rather than mid lane.

Below is the list of buffed champions. This is Aphelios' second buff in a row.

  • Xayah: Q damager per dagger 45-125 > 50-150
  • Aphelios: Aphelios P stats AD 4-24 > 5-30, P stats Lethality 3.5-21 > 2.5-27
  • Olaf: Health per level 93>100

Below is a list of nerfed champions. Rumble has maintained a high win rate since his last mini rework. His nerf is not surprising.

  • Rumble: W cooldown 6 > 6-7 seconds, W movement speed 15-35 > 10-30%
  • Lee Sin: E damage 100-260 > 100-220
  • Riven: E shield 95-215 > 80-200
