An error code diver occurs when there is an issue when downloading an update or game, no matter the platform (PC, Xbox or Playstation). When the download fails, it will ask if you would like to retry but chances are some troubleshooting will be needed first.

1. Quit and close the game completely.

2. Restart Internet router.

3. Connect Internet to console or PC and re-open game.

4. Retry download.

If it still doesn't work, try a different connection such as a mobile hot-spot and/or if on PC, turn off WIndows Firewall.
