The NBA 2K23 Summer League has come and gone which means, unfortunately, we've officially reached the dog days of the offseason.

In the meantime, it's perhaps as good of a time as any to go over some rating predictions. While there have been memes floating around in recent weeks regarding NBA 2K23's ratings, 2K has yet to release any official numbers and likely won't be for another couple of weeks. As such, here are our top five power forward ratings predictions for NBA 2K23.

NBA 2K23 Ratings Predictions: 5 Best Power Forwards

5. Zion Williamson (88 OVR)

After missing all of last season recovering from a fractured foot and a subsequent surgery, Zion Williamson signed a 5-year rookie extension with the New Orleans Pelicans worth $193 million guaranteed, which increases to $231 million if he makes an All-NBA team in the 2022-2023 season. We'd expect him to silence the doubters pretty early this season.

4. Karl-Anthony Towns (89 OVR)

For those who haven't heard the news, the Minnesota Timberwolves notoriously cashed out and acquired Rudy Gobert to be their starting center. As such, Karl-Anthony Towns will be sliding to the four, perhaps playing more of the Evan Mobley-esque role that allows him to spend more time on the perimeter. Needless to say, it's going to be an interesting year for the Wolves.

3. Anthony Davis (93 OVR)

Make no doubt about it, last season was not good for Anthony Davis. Being left out of the All-Star Game for the first time since his rookie year, AD's three-point shooting plummeted to 18.6% en route to playing just 40 games in total. Regardless of any other moves the Los Angeles Lakers make this summer, their competitive hopes rely on AD finding his footing again.

2. Kevin Durant (96 OVR)

With all the unforeseen events that have taken place with the Brooklyn Nets in recent memory, perhaps the lone constant to takeaway is that Kevin Durant is still unbelievably good. At times, the 33-year-old looked like the best players in the league before he had to miss games.

1. Giannis Antetokounmpo (97 OVR)

Finishing things off is the player we would rate the highest heading into NBA 2K23, Giannis Antetokounmpo. Putting up a career-high in scoring to the tune of 29.9 ppg, as well as being selected to his fourth consecutive NBA All-Defensive First Team and his fourth consecutive All-NBA First Team, The Greek Freak is showing no signs of slowing down. Use this man in 2K if you want to be nearly unstoppable.

NBA 2K23 is set to release worldwide for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC (via Steam) on Sept. 9, 2022.
